93 Years Old, VijayaHigh School Founder is a CORONA Conqueror!

Bengaluru, July 13, 2020: The pandemic, which is causing stress, has been affecting most of the people with anxiety issues. Especially, the news updates on the increasing number of COVID+ cases has added more to the stress-factor among us. But, we can’t deny that during these testing times some of the COVID+ survivors’ stories are feeding hopes and positivity, which are helping in dealing with this pandemic situation. Here we have one of such stories of CORONA Conquerors, the recovery case of Mr. CSK (Name Changed), who is the founder of VijayaHigh School, Bangalore.

Mr. CSK (Name Changed), an educationist by profession, aged 93 years, who requires regular assistance for all his day to day activities with challenges in vision and hearing, has successfully won the battle with CORONA. After testing for COVID+, he was admitted to SS SPARSH Hospital, Mysore Road (erstwhile SSNMC), where he went through the treatment for nearly 19 days from Dr. UllasGopal Krishna and team. The challenge was nursing and physiotheraphy, as he was completely dependent on assistance to perform any day-to-day activities. Not just his need for continuous assistance, but also his age and the pre-existed lung infection, which became challenging factors for experts while dealing with his case. During his treatment, he was on high-flow oxygen for nearly 1 week. And also, considering his situation, he was supported by one person for his assistance, who managed to support him to the best possible extent by being in PPE all the time. With this successful recovery story, let us believe that this pandemic is not as dreadful as it is conceived, lets us hope for the best, and most importantly let us stick to the precautionary-measures which need to be followed to avoid getting infected, while Governments are doing their best. Because precaution is better than cure!
