Bangalore, April 26, 2019: In view of the summer heat and the associated health effects on children, Aster CMI Hospital, Bangalore recently conducted a free medical check-up camp for children at an NGO Rainbow Home, Jalahalli. More than 50 kids between the ages of 5 to 16 years were part of the free health screening. The session was led by a gentle and nurturing team of staff nurses and paediatricians who guided the children through the tests, which comprised of an evaluation of the height, weight, blood pressure and vision check. The team also educated the little ones on the value of undertaking regular health screenings and basic guidelines to take care of one’s health.
