AstraZeneca wins Corporate CSR Best Practices Awardat the 20th NHRD National Conference Is also a finalist in the HR Best Practices category for its focus on Gender Diversity

Bengaluru, December 14, 2016: AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited, leading bio- pharmaceutical company was announced the ‘Winner’ in the Corporate CSR Best Practices category at the 20^th NHRD National Conferenceheld on December 8^th and 9^th at the Royal Senate, Palace Grounds.The award was given in recognition for the company’sCSR initiative – The Young Health Programme (YHP), acommunity based initiative focused on primary prevention of non-communicable diseases in young people. AstraZeneca was also a finalist in the category of HR Best Practices for its focus on ‘gender diversity’.
