Ghaziabad, June 21, 2019: Columbia Asia Hospital in the city today organized a free health camp for ex-servicemen at the Sainik Bhavan here. The camp was held in collaboration with Ex-servicemen Welfare Association in which 60 former servicemen and their wards participated.
The participants were checked for high blood pressure, blood sugar, and were extended services of OPD and diagnostic tests such as ECG. The camp is expected to become a regular event on the third Saturday of every month.
Given the rapid rise of lifestyle diseases, people should keep a tab on their health parameters and checking them at regular interval is the best way. We received very good response today and people were happy to receive such services in a convenient manner. They were also advised on lifestyle modifications needed for a healthy life.
