Convocation of ISF College of Pharmacy,

New Delhi, April 12, 2019: ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga Convocation-2019 was held on Tuesday, 19th March 2019 in the Campus. The Chief guest for the Convocation was Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji, Founder Art of Living and Sudharshan Kriya and Other Dignitaries Dr. A. K. Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, IK Gujaral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Dr. Raj Bahadur, Vice Chancellor, Baba Fried University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Dr. R. K. Soni, Dr. Raghurama Rao, Director, NIPER, Mohali, Dr. Ashok Kumar Goyal, Director, College Development, MRSPTU, Bhathinda, administrative, academicians/researchers, parents and students were also present in the convocation ceremony.

The Convocation began with a majestic and grand academic procession followed by Lighten the lamp and saraswati vandana by the students of the Institute. Parveen Garg, Chairman, Er. Janesh Garg, Secretary, Dr. G. D. Gupta, Director, Vice Principal Dr. R. K. Narang,  ISFCP welcomed Chief Guest and dignitaries. Dr. Gupta presented report touched upon the infrastructure developments, academic performance, research performance, awards and projects received by students, faculty and Institutes. A sizable funding of about Rs. 1.42 crores has been received by the Institute through professional bodies, sponsored research projects and consultancy during the year. During Convocation two MoU were executed between Art of Living and ISFCP and another one with Sri Sri Institute for Advance Research.

Chief Guest was awarded degree to graduated, post graduated and Doctorate students (Ph.D.). The Parents, students and the audience were then enthralled by the rousing speech of the Chief Guest, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji. He exhorted all Pharmacy students, audience to “Stand up and Start Up India” and contribute in “Drug Free India” campaign and also all dignitaries and gathering took pledge “Drugs Na lenge and Na hi Lene Dage” He emphasized contributing back to the community being essential. In his brief and captivating address he inspired all gathering, students and faculty of the Institute. The Convocation excellently organized by Daisy Arora, Seema, Dilpreet Kaur, Rekha and ended with a Vote of Thanks by the Dr. G. D. Gupta, Director.
