Hairline Research Center offers international level trial facilities to quality brands that focus on hair and skin care as well as oral care and herbal products. Pharmaceutical products can also be trial tested at the center. With a focus on quality and integrity of data produced by clinical research, Hairline Research Center also focuses on rights, safety and well-being of trial participants.

Clinical trials for products go through four phases. Speaking on the facilities provided by Hairline Clinical Research Center, Dr. Bani Anand, Founder and Managing Director, Hairline International Hair and Skin Clinic says, “We have a trained team of investigators, study coordinators and study nurses to conduct successful clinical trials. Our Clinical Research Team is trained on ICH GCP, Schedule Y, ICMR Guidelines and The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945 (amended in 2005) and Requirements of DCGI for clinical trials. We have our own SOPs for conducting clinical trials and recruiting subjects and for safeguarding their rights”.

Dr. Bani adds that Hairline Clinical Research Center also has a well-equipped IP Room for storage, an emergency OT Room, safe storage for confidential records, dedicated computers for data entry and documentation. “Most importantly, we have our own subject database which help us to recruitment of subjects during clinical trials,” she elaborates.

With a strong focus on the comfort of clinical trial participants, Dr. Bani explains that facilities provided for participants and says, “Besides a broad reception area and acclimatization room, we also have separates rooms for counseling as well as for obtaining consent from subjects. We have ensured that there are separate rooms and set-ups for instruments, imaging, an exclusive product dispensing and procedure room, as well as advanced cabins for investigators. We also have an independent Ethics Committee to evaluate the work done and give us a go-ahead on the various phases of clinical research and its progress”.
