Japanese major M3 enters into a JV with HealthCare atHOME in India to launch M3’s unique Internet based Health Portal in India

New Delhi August 06, 2016: HealthCare atHOME India (“HCAH”) today announced its plans to launch a unique internet based healthcare service in India in partnership with Japan’s prestigious US$10bn healthcare media company M3, Inc. (“M3”).

Through this partnership, HCAH, and M3 will provide Indian Doctors an on-line, and mobile platform to stay connected to news, best practices, innovations, and the latest research from global peers, and experts. The digital platform,aimed at the healthcare community, will also offer customized, and continued medical education(CME) that will help improve practices, and also improve patient care in the long-term.

The company will work closely with other key players in the healthcare sector including Pharma companies, Healthcare service providers , and the Government to improve the quality of communication, and dissemination of relevant medical information amongst various stakeholders in the healthcare fraternity.

M3 is listed on the Tokyo stock exchange with over US$10 billion in market capitalization, and offers a wide range of value add services to pharmaceutical companies,and hospital clients globally. The company will introduce several of these services to the Indian market.

HCAH, and M3 expect the growth of the market for digital marketing of pharmaceutical products to exceed 24 billion rupees (US$360 million) by 2020. M3 has a successful track record in Japan, U.S., Korea, U.K., and China. With this partnership, M3 will now directly cover countries inhabited by roughly 3.3 billion people or 40% of the world’s population.
