Laghu udyog bharti and dhabariya group organises a free medical and blood donation camp

New Delhi, May 06, 2015: On the occasion of Laghu Udyog Bharti’s foundation day and in the memories of Late. Prof. S.S. Dhabriya, a Health Check-up and Blood Donation camp was organised today in Malviyanagar industrial Area. To support this initiative over five Jaipur based hospitals participated – Bhagwan Mahavir Cancer Hospital, Health Care Blood Bank, Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Metro Mass and Kelgiri Eye Hospital.

With an over whelming response, the medical check-up of 300 people was conducted by the hospitals and nearly 275 units of blood is donated under this camp today.

Programme was graced by Hon’ble Cabinet Minister (Justice and Empowerment) Mr. Arun Chaturvedi and Hon’ble Mayor of Jaipur, Mr. Nirmal Nahata. Laghu Udyog Bharti’s national general secretary, Mr. Om Prakash Mittal blessed the initiative too.

Mr. Yogesh Gautam, Chairman – North-East, Laghu Udyog Bharti said, “It is decided during one of our meeting of national executive of the organisation that every year each branch must organise such initiatives. On the occasion of LUB’s 20th anniversary we aim to collect and donate 250-300 units of blood every year.”

Mr. Digvijay Dhabriya of Dhabriya Group said, “From past 7 years medical and blood donation camps are being organized in the memory of my father, late Mr. S. S. Dhabriya. So far nearly 800 units of blood have been collected from these camps over last seven years. The main purpose of the camp was to reach the needy in time to meet blood requirement and to create health awareness.”

Aim of the camp was to create awareness and help participants on early detection of diseases so that it can be treated before it enters in critical stage.
