Medtronic Announces retirement of Milind Shah – VP India Subcontinent

Hyderabad, January 16, 2016: Medtronic plc (NYSE:MDT), a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions, announced today that Milind Shah, Vice President, India Subcontinent (ISC) and Managing Director, India Medtronic Pvt. Ltd., will retire on January 15, 2016. The company’s senior management is conducting a full internal and external search for Mr. Shah’s replacement.

Mr. Shah joined Medtronic as Managing Director in 2004.
