12th Edition of World Congress of Cosmetic Dermatology to Be Held In Bengaluru

Bengaluru , March 31, 2017: Garden City Bengaluru has won the mandate to host the 12th Edition of World Congress of Cosmetic Dermatology (WCOCD) – an international event, hosted jointly by International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology IACD and Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India ACS (I).

The event will be held between 4th and 6th May at Dr. BabuRajendra Prasad International Convention Centre, GKVK, Bengaluru.

With over 5000 delegates and 400 speakers( nearly 100 international speakers), WCOCD is the one of the largest event in the field of cosmetic dermatology in the world , highlighting advances in the fields of Laser surgery, Aesthetic treatments, skin cancer and Dermatosurgery such as, hair transplantation, liposuction and fat transfer, vitiligo surgery etc.

The event is yet another step to promote Bengaluru as a key city for medical tourism in India.

The theme of this congress is “Cosmetic Dermatology – Global Perspectives”. This theme has been chosen keeping in mind, the convergence of novel ideas, skills and practices in the field of Aesthetics and Cosmetic Dermatology.
