24/7 doctor on call service by vHealth in India

National, December 20, 2021: Teleconsultation with vHealth by Aetna (www.vHealth.io) doctorsis now available 24/7 and can be booked anytime, anywhereby using the vHealth India mobile app or by visiting the website. Members can also book vHealth doctor consultations in 8 regional languages between 8:00am to 8:00pm, every day except Sunday and national holidays. These service enhancements have been introduced by vHealth keeping our customer’s needs central, and fulfilling our promise of providing quality healthcare to the remotest parts of the country. vHealth round-the-clock doctor services will support people looking for expert medical guidance outside standard working hours.

vHealth Members can choose to avail a vHealth teleconsultation with General Physicians in 8 regional languages – Malyalam, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Oriya, Marathi and Telugu as well as Hindi and English.  Teleconsultations in Hindi and English are available round-the-clockevery day.

vHealth doctors provide medical advice and treatment for illnesses, management of chronic diseases, second opinion guidance on alternative treatment options and interpretation of diagnostic reports.  Consultations can be booked through the vHealth India mobile app, website or Customer Care. vHealth encourages members to opt for video consultation with our doctors for better and holistic treatment and diagnosis.
