  • Get the right amount of sleep- 8 hours of sleep everyday ensures that your heart has enough time to rest. Adequate sleep can help replenish your heart strength and keep it healthy
  • Say no to smoke- Quitting this one habit could take your heart health to the next level. It can keep heart attacks, strokes and other risks at bay.
  • Watch your weight- Excessive body fat increases risks related to heart. Maintaining the right body weight is crucial for your overall health as well
  • Keep away from alcohol- Alcohol consumption contributes significantly to your blood pressure and that is why you must restrict or avoid any alcohol intake.
