New Delhi, 22 August 2026: Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, marked World Hand Surgery Day by honouring patients who have overcome severe hand and upper-limb injuries through advanced reconstructive and microsurgical procedures, highlighting how timely intervention and specialised care can transform life-altering injuries into stories of recovery and renewed independence.
The programme, held at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, brought together survivors, clinicians and healthcare professionals. Shri Shivam Upadhyaya, DCP Traffic, Future City, attended as Chief Guest and felicitated the survivors, applauding their courage and resilience.
