Apollo Pharmacy launches ‘myGurukool’ – an innovative Learning Management System (LMS) to further, enhance the skills and capabilities of its 30,000 employees.

Chennai, July 24, 2020: Apollo Pharmacy today announced the launch of its new digital Learning Management System (LMS), designed exclusively for its employees. Branded as ‘myGurukool’, the LMS was launched virtually by Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman, Apollo Hospitals Group at a webinar conducted for the employees of Apollo Pharmacy.

An innovative digital LMS – ‘myGurukool’ has been purpose-designed to further enhance the skills and capabilities of the 30,000 employees of Apollo Pharmacy. ‘myGurukool’ is the first of its kind training platform the retail pharmacy business and to make the training modules thoroughly engaging, it has contemporary gamification tools. Further to provide complete ease of learning, the modules can be accessed ‘Anywhere, Anytime and through Any Device’ by the employees.

The training modules of myGurukool has exciting features such as customized courses, participant avatars, competition dashboard, instant rewards and certificates, and lot more. A highlight of the LMS is the Gamified Learning Content module titled ‘Super P’ which is designed to make trainees have fun while they learn’ and in the games, the participants learn aspects of customer service through role-plays, which will then transforms them into a Super P (Pharmacist).
