Apollo Sugar opens its 1st clinic in Warangal

Warangal, May 02, 2017: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has inaugurated the Apollo sugar clinic, exclusive for Diabetes, here today.The first clinic was established in collaboration with Samraksha super specialty hospital, Apollo Sugar said in a release here. The exclusive diabetes friendly clinic will be open to public from May 8 onwards.
Speaking on the occasion, Apollo Sugar CEO, Gagan Bhalla, said, “we plan to expand to more clinics across tier-II and tier-III cities in Andhra Pradesh by the end of FY 17-18.”
“In India, our flagship programme sugar 360 is a success across all our centres and is benefitting millions of customers. We hope our centre of excellence will be a path changer in diabetes management in Andhra Pradesh too,” said Mr Bhalla.
“Our clinics are equipped with a highly trained, experienced and compassionate team of doctors, apart from this, we also have multi-disciplinary care team members including specialised dieticians, educators, and diabetes trained nurses,” he added.
