Radiation oncology is a medical speciality that involves the controlled use of radiation to treat cancer either for cure, or to reduce pain and other symptoms caused by cancer. Dr Suneetha has experience of over 15 years in clinical practice.
Dr Suneetha joins Dr S Jayanthi and Dr Praveen Kammar at Aware Gleneagles Global Hospital to strengthen the Oncology team at the Hospital.
On this occasion a CME program was conducted and about 40 doctors from the LB Nagar area attended the program to understand the recent advances in the Radio Therapy.

Dr Suneetha completed her MBBS from the prestigious Osmania Medical College in the year 1992 and went on to pursue MD – Radiation oncology from MNJIORCC.
Dr Suneetha gained further specializations with DNB and FRCR Clinical Oncology from Royal College of Radiologists, UK. With an observership from Institute Rotary Cancer Hospitals- AIIMS and from Christie Hospital- Manchester, Dr Suneetha is regarded among the best radiation oncologists in Hyderabad. Over the years, Dr Suneetha has undertaken training in current technologies in the field of Radiation Oncology such Rapid Arc Technology for Novalis TX from Switzerland along with training for IORT from Germany She is adept in managing various malignancies in coordination with multi disciplinary teams.
