Elaborating on the reason for launching a second store in Hyderabad, Just Herbs’ CEO & Co-Founder Mr Arush Chopra said, “Hyderabad is the fourth largest market for us and we have a strong and loyal customer base here. When we opened our first store in the city, we expected our existing online customers to patronize it. Interestingly, our online audience remained online while we witnessed new customers coming to us at the store, who knew nothing about our online store. With the growing demand for products and looking at the huge market potential in Hyderabad, we decided to launch the second store.”
Soumya Reddy from Autumn Leaf backed him up on the decision. She said, “While the store at Forum Sujana Mall is doing great, it mainly receives customers from IT and business sectors due to the demography of the place. At Autumn Leaf, Just Herbs would feel closer to home because of the natural feel that the surroundings offer and the nature lovers that it attracts. I believe that in a very short span Just Herbs products would become our customers’ favorites due to the purity and naturalness that they reflect while simultaneously being extremely effective.”
Just Herbs currently offers around 70 SKUs of skincare, hair, bath and body products and all these products will be available at the new store. The interiors of the newly launched Just Herbs store are in sync with Autumn Leaf’s soothing ambience, thereby making visitors feel as if they are in the lap of nature. Just like its other retail stores, this new addition to the brand’s portfolio has classy interiors done up using natural elements such as wood, marble and glass. Just Herbs brand colors of white and gold can be seen predominantly in the store décor.
Soumya, who is herself a loyal customer of Just Herbs, approached the brand with a partnership proposal after first-hand experiencing the efficacy of the products. She says, “Organic and natural products are in high demand, but one is being tricked by a lot of brands in the name of Ayurveda.
