Bangalore, November 30, 2018: A Hi-techfacility blood bank has been inaugurated in BR Life SSNMC Super Specialty Hospital,Rajarajeshwari Nagar. The main aim of this blood bank is to cater to the people in need with the quality blood and advanced technology. To mark the inauguration visitors and the hospital staff participated in the blood donation drive.
The blood bank is armed with progressive equipment and facility to assure utmost safety and quality. The blood bank will cater the needs of blood and its component which help patients to be suppled with Packed Red blood cells, Platelets, Plasma and cryoprecipitates. The centre has adopted advanced technology to procure Single donor platelets by Apheresis.
