On behalf of Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Sumit Saluja – Joint President BSBU HR and Mr. Ronak Doshi – Corporate Communication received this esteemed award.

The Most Preferred Workplace award selection process involved an industry-wide consumer study conducted by LeadCap Ventures. Brands were evaluated on various parameters, including employee centricity, organisational purpose, intrapreneurial culture, work-life balance, diversity, equity and inclusion, growth, recognition and rewards, as well as safety & trust.

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is deeply committed to its human resources, recognizing them as the backbone of the organization’s success. The company places immense value on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and overall well-being. The company strives to empower its employees, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.

According to Team Marksmen, the evolving landscape of skill development, remote jobs, and freelance opportunities has resulted in individuals seeking greater control over their work-life balance, leading to a rise in job transitions. However, a few organisations have recognised this transition and created best-in-class workplaces and work models, thus ensuring they occupy the pride of place as a Most Preferred Workplace 2023.
