Career in Primary Health Centers for Junior Pharmacist under the control of the District Medical and Health Officer – 04 posts | Govt Jobs

New Delhi, October 02, 2016: Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of Pharmacists Gr.II in the following newly sanctioned Primary Health Centers, which are under the control of the District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool, under 13th Finance Commission

Post : Pharmacists Gr.II

No of Post :04 (Chinnamalkapuram 01, E.Thandrapadu 01, R.S.Rangapuram 01, Akumalla 01)

Academic Qualification :SSC / Intermediate

Technical Qualification :

1. Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor of Pharmacy.
2. Must have registered with Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council with upto date renewal.
3. Computer skills.

REMUNERATION : 100% Gross salary on the Basic Pay of Rs.21,230/-

AGE :

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 40 years. The minimum and
maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01-07-2016 with the following relaxations to the
maximum age limit, upto a max. of 45 years, as per rules :-
i. For SCs, STs & BCs 5 (five) years.
ii. For Ex-Servicemen 3 (three) years in addition to the length of service in armed
forces.
iii. For Disabled persons 10 (ten) years.

LOCAL STATUS : Condition

If studied majority years from 4th Class to 10th Class in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh State.

* The filled in Applications should be send to the District Medical & Health Officer, Kurnool in person (or) by Register Post on or before 01-10-2016 by 5.00 P.M., alongwith attested Xerox copies of relevant certificates and Demand Draft for Rs.100/- drawn in favour of DISTRICT MEDICAL & HEALTH OFFICER, KURNOOL (Exempted for SC & ST candidates).
