Columbia Asia Hospitals is organising a series of activities to mark this World Hypertension Day

Bangalore, May 17, 2019: Columbia Asia Hospitals Bengaluru is organizing a series of activities for World Hypertension Day. The theme for this year’s Hypertension day is ‘Know Your Numbers’. Taking the theme ahead Columbia Asia Hospitals will be conducting ‘#Tension Ka Test’ – Know Your Numbers and also will be setting up a free massage chair to relieve stress and free BP check up for people walking in from Wednesday May 15th to Friday 17th 2019.

By providing free massages to the people for relieving stress at all its four hospitals (Hebbal, Yeshwanthpur, Whitefield and Sarjapur Road) in Bangalore, Columbia Asia is trying to build awareness among people towards the importance of various stress relieving activities like massages, yoga, meditation etc. and educate them on how important it is to adopt them in their day to day lives.

People can come and grab a seat for a free massage at the hospital.
