New Delhi, December 26, 2015: Curofy, India’s premier doctors’ only mobile networking app tied up with ASICON 2015 and APASL 2015 to help doctors stay updated with the conference schedule and the developments in the conferences.
ASICON 2015, in the MILLENIUM CITY of Gurgaon from 16th-20th December and the conference like always captured the imagination of the national as well as international faculties. On the other hand, APASL was held in Delhi from 18th-20th December, 2015.
This arrangement meant that Curofy, which has been hailed by medical fraternity and media alike as one of the most useful platforms to interact with each other, was used to update the conference proceedings that helped the doctors stay updated with anything that they might have missed out on during the hectic conferencing schedule. The app continuously notified the assembled doctors regarding the developments on the conference and also provided a platform for the organizers to pass on the information to the members with considerable ease amongst other features. Also, Curofy featured session highlights and interviews from the eminent doctors on their app, which made it impossible to miss any of the sessions at all.
The most interesting and interactive sessions took place at the Curofy stall where the team brought up _MEET THE EXPERT LIVE SESSION _during the event, which helped the budding surgeons figure out answers to their questions. Curofy invited _DR. DIPTENDRA SARKAR, DR. CHINTAMANI AND DR. JAYASHREE_ to help the upcoming surgeons get through their confusions and/or issues regarding their subject. The doctors welcomed the students whole-heartedly and guided them with their wisdom and experience.
Curofy developed an exclusive app for APASL’s single theme conference on HCV Infection and Disease & Recent Advances in Liver Diseases which was the official communication medium for the conference. The app also acted as an E-Brochure which notified the users about the session timings and updates throughout the event.
“This is unique because only owning stalls and putting out banners in the conference location hardly pays dividends these days”, said MUDIT VIJAYVERGIYA, CO-FOUNDER, CUROFY; he also added, “With tie-ups as these, we are trying to reach out to maximum doctors so that they can leverage conference benefits through such a robust technological platform of Curofy.”
Curofy, which is taking stride upon stride, is looking to make more tie ups on similar lines not only boosting it’s already commendable user base but also inculcating a tech savviness in a community which has historically shied away from it.
