Cytecare Announces the Appointment of Dr. Roopesh N as Consultant and Surgeon – Gynecologic Oncology

Bengaluru, June 03, 2017: Bengaluru-based Cytecare cancer hospitals today announced the appointment of Dr. Roopesh N as consultant and surgeon – gynaecologic oncology. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Dr. Roopesh is a specialist in cytoreductive surgery and Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for advanced ovarian cancers, fertility sparing surgeries for gynaecologic malignancies, surgery for endometrial cancers – open and laparoscopic intraperitoneal chemotherapy for ovarian cancers, nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancers and radical vulvectomies. Additionally, he also specialises in clinical care. He also serves as a lecturer and research consultant. Being an organ specific oncologist, Dr. Roopesh’s expert diagnosis will go a long way in reducing the number of follow-ups a patient has to currently undergo. His appointment bears further testament to Cytecare’s mission to be a leader in organ specific cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Roopesh is a surgical expert and has successfully conducted major gynaecological and onco-surgeries. His primary area of expertise are laparoscopic intraperitoneal chemotherapy for ovarian cancers, advanced ovarian cancers fertility sparing surgeries, gynaecologic malignancies surgery for endometrial cancers. Dr. Roopesh with his remarkable training approach is successfully skilled from prestigious oncology institutes including Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre Kerala, Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Hyderabad, MIE University Hospital, Japan, etc.
