HCE Medical Group, UK enters India by opening its facility in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, March 23, 2018: HCE Medical Group, UK has entered into India by opening its facility HCE Medical India Limited at Madhapur, here on Wednesday.

HCE Medical Group, UK has a strong track record of specialising in design, supply and manufacture of medical equipment and consumables. It is also a major supplier of medical products and services, in the UK, supporting over 26,000 healthcare professionals in the NHS (National Health Service) and private healthcare sector.

HCE Medical Group is also engaged in the export of medical goods and services to over 50 countries with a strong focus on Research and Development with many products built and inspected in their manufacturing facilities in the UK.

The facility was formally inaugurated by Mr Andrew Fleming, British Deputy High Commissioner, Hyderabad in the present of HCE Medical Group CEO Raj Singh at a private hotel here.

Talking to media on the occasion, Mr Raj Singh said “ This is our first physical presence in India. We have manufacturing facility (contract) at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The company has targetted to achieve business of Rs 20 crore during the next 12 months “.

“ We have chosen to build our presence from Hyderabad due to its central location and growing economy. We expect strong growth in sales, enabling us to offer jobs and to contribute to India’s prosperity,” Mr Raj Singh said.

Sapna Chadha, Group Business Development, HCE Medical Group, UK said “Setting up of HCE Medical India Limited is a great opportunity to be nearer to our existing and new customers, and enhance our capability to supply medical products at competitive prices with a local after sales service for our products.”

Mr Vikas Khanna, Country Head, HCE Medical India, Hyderabad was also present on the occasion.
