Hyderabad’s Ecobliss India wins ‘WorldStar’, an award considered to be ‘Oscar of Packaging Sector’ for a packaging it produced for Automotive Supplier in France

Hyderabad, June 14, 2016: Hyderabad’s EcoblissIndia Private Limited wins Worldstar, the International Packaging Excellence Award at a recently conclude Intl Packaging Conference held at Budapest. The award often referred to as the “Oscar Award for the Packaging Sector”. It has won the award for the unique packaging it has produced for Automotive Supplier in France

It also has another rare distinction of being the only company in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states to win it fifth time in row.

Ecobliss which is into packaging industry manufacturing, Thermoforming Machines, Packing Product & Clamshell Blister Manufacturing etc, is chosen for the award consequently for the fifth time in row.

These awards have just been conferred to winners in a glittering function held at Hungary. The CEO and Managing Director of Ecobliss India, AVPS Chakravarthi, who was an invited speaker at the most sought after Packaging Event on “Innovations in Pharmaceutical Packaging in Changing World” received the award from the hands of Thomas Schneider.

The award was won for a package produced by them for an automotive supplier company in France. The pack is an excellent combination of printed paper board and a plastic blister. The complex design of the blisters to match the contours of various automotive bulbs was done by V.Suresh Kumar, the expert in packaging design.

Some of the other award winners from India include Cadila Healthcare, ITC Ltd, Max Specialty Films Ltd, Oriental Containers and others.

The pre-eminent international award in packaging, WorldStar illustrates the continual advancement of packaging in India. WorldStar are presented only to those packages which, having already won recognition in a national competition, are compared by an expert panel of judges to similar packages from around the world. Awards are based on the judges’ consensus that a package is superior in its own right and better in its class in execution or innovation by comparison.

Ecobliss is one of the promising Hyderabad based Indian companies with innovative product track record. The latest being a futuristic packaging innovation, which AVPS Chakravarthi explained that “Locked4Kids” is the world’s first reclosable child resistant carton certainly will be most talked about in pharmaceutical packaging.
