Indeed announces ‘Elevate’ in partnership with SHRM : A two-day immersive hiring programme for the healthcare sector

New Delhi, September 26, 2021: Indeed, the world’s No. 1 job site will kickstart its two-day hiring initiative – Elevate – on 29 September. Focused on providing career opportunities in the healthcare and health-tech space, the initiative plans to register 10,000 aspiring healthcare job seekers and 20 companies with access to job positions across roles and levels at some of India’s leading healthcare and health-tech companies.

The pandemic has hit economies across the world, triggering widespread layoffs and disrupting employment levels across the globe. However, with businesses adapting to COVID-induced challenges, economic activity has begun to see green shoots and hiring is on the rebound. This is evident in the job seeker interest for allied healthcare roles. Jobs in therapy (61%), dental (55%), and MedTech (54%) have jumped between August 2020- August 2021.
