India’s Biggest Pharma Expo in the National Capital

“Indian Pharma Expo 2019” is coming up on 16th, 17th & 18th July at Hall 12A Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

New Delhi, May 28, 2019: India’s famous Pharma event “Indian Pharma Expo 2019” will be inaugurated on 16th July at HALL No. 12A, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. At the time of inauguration Key dignitaries from Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India and Dr. Monica Bhatia, MD CIMS Medica will be present.

IPE 2019 will provide an opportunity for the participating companies to display their products & services to the gamut of business visitors, globally from Pharma and healthcare industries.

In its 8th edition of IPE 2019, more than 100 companies are participating from all over India and abroad to display their products, innovative technologies and new trends which will be coming soon in the future of the Indian Pharmaceutical market.

Key pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, additives/APIs suppliers, ayurvedic and herbal product manufacturers, Pharma Machinery Solution providers, CROs, infrastructure solution providers and many other pharmaceutical companies will be exhibiting in this expo. The expo is expected to witness the international and national visitor footfalls of approximately 10,000. Along with the expo IPE also presents ‘Business Excellence Awards to felicitate the achievers in pharmaceutical industry in various domains to encourage healthy competition which will result into better delivery of pharmaceutical services.

According to Make in India Report, India will be 3rd largest pharmaceuticals market by 2020 and USD 45 Billion in revenue by 2020. India is expected to rank amongst the top three pharmaceutical markets in terms of incremental growth by 2020. India is the sixth largest market globally in terms of size.

Dr.Monica Bhatia addressed about The Indian government steps to reduce costs and bring down healthcare expenses quoting “The introduction of generic medicines into the market might benefit Indian pharmaceutical companies. The thrust on rural health programmes, lifesaving drugs and preventive vaccines also augurs well for the pharmaceutical companies. The Government of India has also unveiled “Pharma Vision 2020″ whose main objective is to make India one of the world’s leading destinations for end-to-end drug discovery and innovation by 2020. In order to boost investments in pharmaceutical market, the Government has reduced the approval time for new facilities”. At IPE 2019 key issues from Pharma industry will be addressed related to Finance, Govt. policies, Expansion, Export and success stories of some biggest pharma giants.
