“We’re seeing a growing number of Indian businesses ,using Ireland as the gateway to Europe,” manager for IDA Ireland at India Tanaz Buhariwalla stated in a media discussion on Wednesday.

BioAsia gets underway at Hyderabad on February 22. Ms. Buhariwalla reported the event provides a platform for businesses, research institutes, regulators and investors to foster innovation and growth. Ireland is among those worldwide partners for the function.
In a launch, Telangana Minister for Industries and IT K.T. Rama Rao said during a visit of a delegation in the State authorities in 2016 into Ireland, “we discovered that Ireland has strong life sciences and bio-pharmaceutical ecosystem and can be just one of the major worldwide destinations for pharmaceuticals”.
BioAsia would assist Ireland showcase its accomplishments in bio-pharmaceuticals and life sciences industries, said Industries Secretary Jayesh Ranjan said.
