Noida, April 14 , 2015: K V Developers Pvt. Ltd (KVD), the real estate arm of the KV Group, organized a free health check-up and blood donation camp at their project site in Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida West. The health-camp was organized in association with Rotary Club of Ghaziabad and Jaypee Hospital, who have established themselves as the leaders with a social cause in their respective fields.
During this health drive almost 150 people participated in blood donation and health check up activity. On this occasion Mr J.K. Gaur, District Governor Elect, Rotary International, Mr O.S. Gautam, Home loan, Manager, SBI participated along with other dignitaries.
This medical camp is another milestone in the company’s corporate social responsibility drive to bring awareness about health-related concerns and actively participate in alleviating them through early detection.
At the health camp, tests were conducted for BP, Blood Sugar, Platelets count, ECG, Cardio and ailments related to ENT and Orthopedics, and consultation provided for the same. The camp witnessed an overwhelming response from various stakeholders and various sections of the society benefitted from this initiative.

Every year the country requires more than 40 million units of blood, out of which only 4 million units are available. There is no substitute for human blood and there is a need for over 40,000 blood donations every day.
