Ships its Revolutionary 100% Sludge-Free Biological Sewage Treatment Plant to California

New Delhi, July 14, 2020: Lifequest (LQWC) subsidiary Biopipe Global, with its revolutionary sludge and chemical-free sewage treatment technology, has shipped one plant to the United States from Turkey, in spite of the Covid-19 disruptions which have shut down procurement from the company’s primary manufacturer in India. With a capacity of 10 cubic meters per day (2,640 gallons per day), the plant will be installed at a campground in Southern California.

Enes Kutluca, the CEO of Biopipe, said, “This is also the first fully assembled and ready to install plant we have shipped from Turkey. We have implemented a new process with our manufacturer, PIMTAS, which will allow us to ship ready-to-install systems with capacity ranging from 2 to 15 cubic meters per day. We recognize that the California Water Board (CWB) is one of the toughest water regulators in the world, but we are confident to meet their effluent discharge standards”

Max Khan, the President & CEO of Lifequest, said, “We did not intend to enter the US market until 2021, due to the regulatory hurdles and certifications required, and our focus on Asia and Africa. But with strong interest from several states, we decided to start with the toughest: California faces an intractable water crisis and recycling wastewater is the only way out. Our Biopipe system is an effective solution for onsite wastewater treatment, as it produces non-potable water that can be reused. California represents an enormous opportunity for Biopipe.”
