Madras High Court ruling, banning the online sale of medicines – Tushar Kumar, CEO & Founder of Medlife

New Delhi, December 20, 2018: “As of now, upon our request, the honourable court has granted a stay on the order till 20th December 10:30am and has directed the Central Govt to notify the draft ePharmacy guidelines in a time bound manner. Meanwhile keeping the interest of millions of our customers, most of whom are senior citizens and who are dependent on us, we will file an appeal with the court, specially since we are duly licensed at every premise from where we dispense.”
