Manipal Hospitals, one of India’s largest healthcare networks, opens 250-bed super specialty hospital in Baner, Pune

Pune, August 30, 2022: Extending its healthcare services to the people of Pune, Manipal Hospitals announced today that its new 250-bed hospital is now operational for patients. The hospital is aesthetically and functionally aligned and integrated spread across 3.55 Lakh Sq. ft. area and is one of the biggest private hospitals in the city. The newly built hospital is easily accessible being located on the main Baner – Mahalunge Road. The Manipal Hospitals group has treated 45 million lives across India and is known for its clinical excellence from last 68+years. The Baner hospital is now the 28th hospital in the network.

 The new facility has a state-of-the-art modern infrastructure with cutting-edge medical technologies for clinical services. It has 61 ICU beds, four bone marrow transplant suites, seven modular operation theatres, the most advanced imaging services, high-precision radiation oncology, and Cath lab. The hospital will cater to a large population of Pune, offering multiple specialties that will include seven centers of excellence, namely neurosciences, onco sciences, cardiac sciences, renal sciences, gastrointestinal sciences, orthopedics & joint replacement, and critical care. This new hospital will have exclusive full-time dedicated consultants from different specialties to provide the best-in-class expertise to the patients.
