Maxivision Eye Hospital conducted an interactive CME and workshop on Refractive Surgeries, for the practicing ophthalmologists

Hyderabad, June 22, 2018: Maxivision Eye Hospital conducted an interactive CME and workshop on Refractive Surgeries, for the practicing ophthalmologists at Vizag , under the aegis of Visakha Ophthalmic Society, on 17th June, at Hotel Palm Beach, Vizag

Refractive Error is most common cause of partial blindness amongst youngsters. Advanced technologies in Refractive Surgeries attempts to correct the Refractive errors to help patient live without glasses or lesser dependency on glasses. Maxivision are pioneers in various technologies in vision correction and today the group has state of the art technology, in all vision correction surgeries. With an experience of over 20 years and 2 million eyes treated, the CME was very informative and useful for the practicing ophthalmologists in the city to understand the techniques, and procedures, to give the best visual outcome to the patients.

Dr.Kasu Prasad Reddy, Founder, Mentor and Co chairman of Maxivision Group of Eye Hospitals, gave an informative and interactive presentation on Refractive Surgeries. Dr.Nitin Sesachalam, Sr.Consultant of Maxivision, Vishakapattanam, also presented a paper on Latest Technologies, in Refractive Surgeries, and Dr.Lalitha, Consultant, and Refractive Surgeon of Maxivision Vizag, gave an informative presentation on ICL, one of the best refractive error correction technology.

The CME was attended by over 100, practicing ophthalmologists, Senior Consultants, and Eye Care practitioners, of Vishakapattanam, Vizayanagara, and Srikakulam.

There was a separate workshop for PG students on the same topic .

Maxivision also launched its scheme of  Combined Care Program, in Vizag and Hyderabad, where practicing opthalmologists and surgeons can use the technologies available in Maxivision eye hospital, thereby eliminating the need of high investments by themselves in this technology.
