Bengaluru, January 08, 2016: Jamia Islamia Isha Atul Uloom’s Ali Allana College of Pharmacy, Akkalkuwa, Dist. Nandurbar is organizing a national level workshop on “Recipes for Success in Pharmacy: What’s to be done today to get job? and Pharmacovigilance”. The one-day workshop will be held on 12 January 2016 from 10 am to 5 pm.
Mr. Amrit B Karmarkar, Director, InClinition, Mumbai will be conducting the workshop and provide an insight on the topic. He is currently heading regulatory and medical affairs department at InClinition, a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical and clinical research service organisation. Mr. Karmarkar is well known professional speaker in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in clinical research and has been awarded with best paper silver award in 2 nd international conference 2015 recently. He has guided many students to get jobs in pharmaceutical industry.
The workshop will cover topics on targeting jobs, niche and popular segments for job in pharmaceutical arena, and how to market and prepare yourself in pharmaceutical job settings. It will also exercise and demonstrations based on these topics.

Dr. GJ Khan, Convener and Principal, of Ali Allana College of Pharmacy, Akkalkuwa, Dist. Nandurbar said that this is a first of kind workshop being organized in the North Maharashtra region. This national level workshop will help students of M. Pharm and B. Pharm to understand and impart with skills and knowledge related to field of pharmacovigilance and job perspectives.
