Bengaluru, February 27, 2016: NAVICARE is India’s 1st home-based deaddiction (drug, alcohol and tobacco addiction) and pain management treatment provider. Navicare is he brainchild of RUSAN PHARMA LTD. and has been envisioned and set up with the aim of providing treatment & services in a niche area that are usually neglected and stigmatized.

Launched in September 2015, the first clinic of Navicare opened in Mumbai in Lokhandwala. In just a few months, Navicare has tied up with various doctors, hospitals, clinics, NGOs and is able to provide home based treatment for de-addiction and pain management in all of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and other areas.

Navicare helps bring globally accepted medicines right to the doorstep of the patients. Some of the medicines are used for:

· Drug & alcohol addiction treatment
· Tobacco addiction
· Pain management

Navicare, post its inception, has got 165 inquires out of which 25 got registered patients. In October the patient inquiries doubled by 340, out of which 41 registered. By November the growth went high to 481 patient inquiries, out of which 59 patients registered for Navicare. So till November end there was a significant growth of 986 leads with 125 patients registered in total.

Registered patients seeking treatment for drug addiction is maximum, which is 36% followed by tobacco addiction which is 28%. Whereas alcohol addiction is 20% and the least is for pain management which is only 16%.

It’s been observed that 72% patients registered are employed as compare to unemployed/house-wife/retired patients which is 28%. There is also a huge difference in male patients which is 76% as compare to female patients which is only 24%. Its interesting to see that 30 -40 age group has registered the maximum, which is 44%, followed by 50-60 age group which is 28%. The age groups which has shown the least response, 8% are registered by 20- 30 & 60-70 age groups. Home based registered patients is less as compare to in- clinic which is 35 % and 65% respectively.

FUTURE PLANS OF NAVICARE:

Navicare aims to become a 15-20 cr niche chain of specialty Clinics Company by the mid-2017, having it’s physical presence in five cities nd a pan-India coverage through our web based online counseling service. With a long term vision already set, minimum competition, strong medication portfolio, strategic tie-ups and expansion plans already in execution, Navicare aims to grow at a conservative rate of 18-20%. By the end of 2018, Navicare plans to open 36 clinics in 12 cities of India and provide home-care treatment to patients.
