She possesses around 8 years of work experience in the areas of Investment Research & Advisory and Derivatives Market space. Investment research and advisory have been her core areas of interest. She has worked with big names in the field of Financial Advisory & Financial Securities. In her last role, she was engaged in Trading , Product development of Portfolio & Technical models and Dynamically Hedging of various strategies. Kamini is a Management Graduate and holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University. She Likes Travelling and enjoys shopping.
Ashwini Melwaney
Ashwini is a go-getter. She was crowned twice as beauty queen, a graphic designer and champion in badminton in her younger days. Ashwini is a proud single mother, spiritual person, social worker, a celebrity hairstylist and makeup artist, with flair and confidence. She is also All State committee Chairperson in Beauty care – Maharashtra. She has overcome her hearing disability (struggled to achieve what she is today). She is a workaholic and enjoys spending time with her daughter. She is an inspiration to everyone who meets her and definitely to others who struggle with their disabilities. She an adventurer and enjoys playing games. Ashwini is a complete foodie. She is also awarded as one of the women achievers.
Dr( Capt) Sarthak Patnaik
Hailing from a Joint family where Sarthak Patnaik learnt various Ethics, kindness and respect for everyone. He started his journey as a medical Graduate from Manipal college of Medical Sciences. Completing the same, he joined Indian Army, where he learnt to lead the team and discovered his strengths.
Being in Army taught him to fight all the odds in life. Completing his specialty in Orthopaedics and working as a trauma surgeon, he later moved to Sports Science, Institute of Cape town, where he met many sports professional and trained himself thoroughly as a sports surgeon. Followed by that, getting to work under the Pioneer Surgeon Dr. David Rajan of India, he learnt the secrets of Arthroscopy. Later he completed his training in Hip Arthroscopy from Spain and sports medicine from Penn state University. Apart from academics, Dr Sarthak Patnaik, he has invented two medical devices which are protected and patented.
He also dedicates his time in research and preparing Rehab for Sports personnel with a Motto “Prevent Injury Prolong Career” He serves as the Chief medical officer of India Ice Hockey Team and also as a medical expert for various sporting events in the country.
