  • Manage entire India for all diabetes products and guide a team of 4 Sr.MSLs and 13 MSLs to flawlessly execute various projects of medical as well as commercial angle
  • To effectively engage internal and external customers through innovative scientific platforms.
  • To pro-actively participate in Pre-Launch (Advisory Boards, KOL identification/engagement, Training of PMT), Launch (Training Presentation for Field, Launch strategy inputs for PMT) and Post Launch (Post Market surveillance studies, Conducting CMEs for new molecule, Refresher training for the field, providing continuous scientific literature support to the PMT/Doctors, product life cycle maintenance).
  • To ensure regulatory compliance in all promotional inputs through the process of validation and approval
