Dr. Hardik Thakkar, AVP, Corporate Development, Shalby Hospitals says, “After a lot of brainstorming to do something innovative around this World Heart Day that would become talk of the town, we came up with the idea of lighting all our hospital buildings red using a number of huge red halogen lamps placed strategically to create a beautiful red image of the building for people passing by it as well as for those at a distance. As we all know, red colour signifies the heart and through this activity we aim to create awareness about significance of heart health and about heart diseases.”
