Skin Care regime for the alluring Bride to Be by Dr. Naresh Arora

New Delhi, October 15, 2016: The onset of autumn brings along the joy of many festivities and of course the much awaited wedding season. This is that time of the year when the brides to be are the most excited. But the excitement comes along with lots thoughts and questions related to their perfect wedding look, choosing the best outfit amongst which the biggest is how to take care of the skin. All skin related problems can be easily sorted just by following the scientific beauty regime as defined under by Dr. Naresh Arora, who is the founder of Chase Aromatherapy Cosmetics & Chase Skin Care Institute and a renowned cosmetologist and naturopath:

1. Use mild face wash (Aloe Vera for Dry Skin or Mint Tulsi for Oily to Normal skin) at least twice a day.

2. Always apply Aloe Vera Based Skin Toner after every face cleansing.

3. Use mild Sun Screen with SPF 15-20 preferably with Relaxing and calming Aroma Oils Like jasmine, Motia, Ylang ylang, Rose, etc.

4. For Facials in the Beauty Parlors, Aroma facials with Gold, Diamond, Aloe Vera, Saffron and Sandal Wood are recommended.

5. Never use hard Scrubs like walnut which may make your skin sensitive and allergic. Scrub Beads with Jojoba Oil, Wheat germ oil and Vitamin A are highly suitable.

6. If you suffer from skin allergies and rashes and eruptions like Pimple, Acne, etc. you may prepare a spray bottle with 2 drops each of Tea Tree oil and Patchouli Oil with 250 ml water. After thorough shaking, apply this spray on your face at least twice a day. This shall make your skin flaw less and glowing on your D day.

7. Taking Aroma Steam with Basil or Eucalyptus oil in the day time will relieve congested muscles, tissues and will tone your skin.

8. Create your own Room Aroma before going to bed with one drop of either jasmine, Lavender or Sandal wood oils either through diffuser, candle or putting the drop on the pillow.

9. Take Body massage with Stimulating Aroma Oils once in a fortnight with steam detoxification.

10. Body Scrub with Dead Sea Salt also helps in Tissue and Muscle relaxation and removes dead cells, dried skin oil and other skin deep impurities bringing back the lost sheen and gloss of the skin. A good spa of your choice at a trusted salon is recommended.
