New Delhi, Jan 28, 2015: Trivitron Healthcare, the largest Medical Technology Company of Indian origin in line with “Make In India” has announced a joint venture with the IMD group, Italy. The MOU was signed today for the joint venture in the name of Kiran IMD X Ray Private Ltd, to design/ develop and manufacture variety of X Ray Equipment and X-Ray accessories based out of its facilities in Chennai and Mumbai in India and Bergamo in Italy.
Trivitron healthcare holds 60% share while IMD group holds 40% share in the joint venture. This collaboration aims to reach 100 crs revenue within three years of its operation with X Ray Monobloc, X Ray Generators, High Frequency X Ray Machines, Mobile and Full Room Room DR, Digital OPG and Mobile Cathlab manufacturing in India.
