Trust Launches Karnataka’s First Destination Pharma Store

Bangalore, October 10, 2013: Trust Chemists and Druggists Limited (TCDL), one of Karnataka’s largest independent Pharma Retail Chain spread across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu has unveiled its 105th Destination store in Bangalore; spread over 1000 sq. ft. on a single floor. 

TCDL’s Destination store will have facilities to cater to health related camps, acupressure, acupuncture, health foods, and health related recipes, and sample collection lab and lot of other health & wellness activities are added in the “Destination Store”, which is located at Whitefield.

On the occasion, Hemanth Kumar Bothra, Managing Director, said “We are planning to adopt technology which will help us cater to the customers better and have an array of innovative schemes which will help us leap ahead to compete with the top players in the country today.  TCDL aims to provide its customers a worry free Pharma shopping experience”

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sujit Paul said “It is a paradigm shift we are aiming to bring in by adding more and more Destination stores and take the Pharma retail experience to a new level. At TCDL we get best practices and adopt them to best suit the needs of the customer”.

Though Pharma sector is currently facing an economic slowdown, Trust Management believes and endorses the consumer – centric approach which has helped Trust in gaining credibility amongst its customers. TCDL believes the neighborhood medical stores are set to be replaced by organized Pharma retail stores which will provide superior service & intuitive user experience at no extra cost.
